Oh, Hello Christmas

Happy 4th of July!!  (and I'm about to share a Christmas card?!)  It's a rainy week here in Georgia... perfect day to create and blog! ;)  I wanted to share a card I made for one of the Creative Crew challenges this month over on Splitcoast Stampers.  For this challenge, we were to make a Christmas card using a non-Christmas stamp and follow a sketch from pg. 23 of the Celebrando Creatividad.  This was not easy... I mean, there are so many fabulous Christmas stamps.. .why would I try and be creative and come up with a way to use anything else?!  LOL!  Well.... I tried, and this is what I came up with:

I used the Oh, Hello stamp set shown below:

The only ingenious part was using the "OH" to say ho, ho, ho....  The rest was just using Christmas colors.  ;)

Ink:  Gumball Green, Real Red, Crumb Cake

Paper:  Real Red, Gumball Green, Whisper White, Crumb Cake

Other:  Artisan Label Punch (#130920), Oval Framelits, Whisper White Taffeta Ribbon, Stampin Sponge
