1st Ski Trip Scrapbook Layout & a Freebie!

Hi there!  Today I'm sharing a layout of the boys' first ski trip.  I've worked a little on the photos from this trip but I'm still not caught up!  When I saw the Daily December Memories Photobook Download, I knew the papers in this would look great for snowy photos!  :)

This is such a fun download!  It's designed as a photobook template so you can pop your photos in if you want to do the Daily December that Ali Edwards has made so popular.  I plan to try this idea next month, but for now I had fun creating the layout above! ;)

The Daily December Memories Photobook is on sale through November 30th!  Don't miss out on all of the deals during the MDS Seasonal Sale!!

Tuesdays are always exciting because the new MDS downloads are released!!

Here's a peek at my favorite download from today - the Christmas Tree December Kit.  You can check out all of today's downloads HERE.

Plus, Stampin' Up! released a free wallpaper download today:

Stampin' Celebration #72 Sketch Challenge

Happy Friday!!  It's time for a new Sketch Challenge over at Stampin' Celebration!

This sketch would work great for both cards and scrapbook layouts.  I chose to do a quick layout in My Digital Studio because I was short on time.  I've been under the weather all week (hubby too) so I haven't felt very creative.  I don't love my layout but am happy to get 4 more photos into our family albums! :)

Products Used:
My Digital Studio
Downloads:  Snowy Soiree Ensemble and Home for the Holidays Ensemble (hot cocoa embellishment)

Both of the downloads are 30% off this month during the MDS Seasonal Sale!  Click the links above to get them at a great price!  You can see all of the downloads on sale here in my online store.  And don't forget that print products are 30% off as well through November 30th!

MDS Blog Hop Christmas

Welcome back to the MDS Blog Hop!  I always love seeing what these talented ladies create!  Our theme today is Christmas.  I knew I wanted to use one of my favorite Christmas downloads that happens to be on sale this month - the 12 Days of Christmas Swatchbook Template.

Products Used:
My Digital Studio
Downloads:  12 Days of Christmas, Downtown Grunge (frame), Bunch of Backgrounds (textured overlay), Family Fun Photobook (stitching)

This is usually when I'm scrambling to make sure I've scrapped all of my Christmas photos from last year....  lol!  Of course, I haven't.... and wanted to do a layout of us decorating the tree.  Well, I didn't have one from last year (gasp). So, I thought I'd be proactive (so unlike me) and create a layout before I actually have the photo!!

I LOVE the 12 Days of Christmas Swatchbook Template.  The DSP and embellishments in this download are sooooo cute!  I wanted to create a layout to showcase all of the fun patterned paper.  Even if swatchbooks aren't your "thing", this download is a must have!

Make sure and follow along with our MDS Blog Hop to see what the other designers have created!  Up next is Beth!  Click the button below to follow along!

Thanks for visiting and don't forget to check out the MDS Seasonal Sale here.  We also have a few more daily deals coming up during Digital Scrapbooking Days!!
