Fright Night Scrapbook Layout

Happy Halloween!!  And Happy Birthday to my now 14 year old son!  I thought it was a great day to share a Halloween layout I just created!


I used one of this month's new digital downloads - Fright Night Ensemble.  (#135642)


This download comes with everything you'd need for a spooky party!  But, it's also fun for a scrapbook layout as well!  I love how there is a stamp brush frame to coordinate with the punch!  I used them both for the banner:


I used a drop shadow in Smoky Slate for most of my items to help them show up better against the black background.  


For the spider web, I used one of the stamps called Fright Night - web 1.  I used the crop tool so I could use the spider web without the frame.  It worked perfectly!  I changed the color to Whisper White, decreased the opacity to 35%, and waa-laa!  I had the perfect spider web for the corner of my layout! :)

Happy Halloween Treat Bag

Have you ever checked out the "Ideas" section of my Stampin' Up! website?  There are tons of super cute projects posted by Stampin' Up!  It even lists all of the supplies needed to re-create the projects.  This Halloween treat bag caught my eye:

Another Googly Ghouls Halloween Card

I cannot get enough of the Googly Ghouls Stamp Set.  Seriously, aren't these little googly eyes just too cute!?


I'm loving all the stamps in this stamp set with the googly eyes!  Here's the card:

Happy BOO Day!

Hi!  It's time for a little Mid-Monthspiration over at Stampin' Celebration!  I used this month's inspiration piece to create another card.  This time it's a birthday card for my son, who will be turning 13 on Halloween!  Scary!!  ;)


Nothing fancy - but thought it might be cool enough for my new teenager. :)

Halloween Gift Tags

I've made some super cute tags with MDS lately and I wanted to share the Halloween tags with you!




Aren't these fun?  They were so easy to create that I made some for Christmas and birthday gifts as well!  I love the Howlstooth and Scaringbone Download!!  That's the good thing about MDS.... even once that paper retires I can still play with it digitally!  :)

I also wanted to share photos of some of my Halloween Stamp Camp guests!  We had so much fun!

Halloween Stamp Camp

Shew, I've been busy holding classes and haven't had much blog time!  I wanted to do a quick post to show you the CUTE projects we made at our Halloween Stamp Camp last week!

 LOVE the Howlstooth and Scaringbone Designer Series Paper - sooo cute!


I found this little candy holder on Pinterest.  It uses the Two Tags Die and holds a miniature candy bar perfectly!


This picture doesn't really do this little Toxic Treat Fancy Favor Box justice - it is so adorable.  My team member, Stacey made this.  Isn't the tag cute?


The Ghoulish Googlies Bundle is such a great deal!!  You can make 10 of these adorable treat bags and still have 10 tags left over!  LOVE those little eyeballs.....

October Stampin' Celebration Blog Hop

Happy Monday and happy fall!  I cannot believe it's already October!  A new month always means a new challenge over at the Stampin' Celebration Blog.  I love designing with this talented group of ladies!  Here is this month's challenge photo that Erica came up with:


This was a tough one for me!  It's such an eclectic mix of colors and photos that I couldn't decide what I wanted to do!  I decided to use the spider web and colors for my inspiration.  Here's the card I created:


It's a pretty clean and simple design - but I did add some dimension with embossing.
